The pizza is excellent, homemade rolled crust, perfect ratio of sauce and toppings and cooked well done with a large amount of cheese. My son found this pizza place, not sure why they don't advertise as we have never heard of them. We have tried so many pizza places in the area as Friday's are pizza night. So hard to get a good consistent pizza which is a crazy thought right, I mean its only pizza. We loved this pizza. Ordered 2 weeks in a row and both times pizza was excellent and consistent. Sausage has excellent favor and pepperoni was also very good. Our new Friday night go to for pizza.

Best Chicago Tavern style pizza around!! THE BEST! Breaded steak sandwich is amazing too! Go and do your tastebuds a favor and you’ll be hooked.

The sausage, mushroom & green pepper pizza was just too greasy. The amount of cheese & sausage was sufficient, the sauce was tasty but the pizza could have used a bit more mushrooms and green peppers... especially when paying $3.50 for each additional topping. The menus shown online are all incorrect... I paid considerably more than what I expected... even more than the highest menu prices shown online... it was nearly $36 for the 16" sausage, mushroom & green pepper pizza. The owner needs to put a current menu online and remove the incorrect menus. All in all I would say this was an average quality and slightly above average taste for a take out pizzeria pizza.

The atmosphere was centered around family from the moment the phone was answered. I informed them this is our first time ordering from Carson's. The young man taking my order was so grateful and sweet. Upon pick up the staff interacted with me in conversation and were so pleasant! Then I assume the owner insisted on carrying my order to my car to make sure there weren't any problems navigating the door and stairs. Now the food. Hubby had the steak sandwich. My husband absolutely does NOT share his food. He insisted I try the sandwich. It was wonderful! I will be ordering it next time. My son's and I had pizza. The sausage was very very good! Then the crust. Upon opening the box I wasn't sure the crust would be what I was looking for which, was a thin crispy crust. I was wrong. The hand rolled crust edge was so light and crispy. Then to my surprise the entire bottom crust was crispy! Totally fabulous! Can't wait to have leftovers tomorrow for lunch. Great job Carson's! We will be back for more.

Carson’s Corner instantly felt like a real neighborhood spot that's doing things the right way. The thin-crust sausage pizza was legit; crisp, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The Italian Breaded Steak sandwich lived up to the reviews too. Solid food, cool owner, and definitely going into my regular rotation.
